Crunchy Peanut Butter and Jelly Energy Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and crunchy peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in the flaxseed, oats, chocolate chips, cranberries, chia seeds, and walnuts.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
