Why It Works
The combination of cherries, almonds, dates, and oats creates a delicious and satisfying snack that's packed with nutrients.
The cherries provide antioxidants and sweetness, the almonds add protein and healthy fats, the dates add fiber and natural sweetness, and the oats help to bind the ingredients together.
The almond butter and chia seeds add creaminess and texture, and they also help to hold the energy bites together.
These energy bites are easy to make and can be customized to your own taste preferences. You can add different nuts, seeds, or dried fruit to create a variety of flavors and textures.
They're also a great way to use up leftover ingredients. If you have some leftover cherries, almonds, or dates, you can simply add them to the food processor and make a batch of these energy bites.
