Why It Works
  • The combination of cherries, almonds, dates, and oats creates a delicious and satisfying snack that's packed with nutrients.
  • The cherries provide antioxidants and sweetness, the almonds add protein and healthy fats, the dates add fiber and natural sweetness, and the oats help to bind the ingredients together.
  • The almond butter and chia seeds add creaminess and texture, and they also help to hold the energy bites together.
  • These energy bites are easy to make and can be customized to your own taste preferences. You can add different nuts, seeds, or dried fruit to create a variety of flavors and textures.
