Why It Works
  • The large tortilla provides a sturdy base for the quesadilla and helps to keep the fillings from falling out.
  • The shredded cheese melts evenly and provides a gooey, flavorful filling.
  • The cooked black beans add protein and fiber to the quesadilla.
  • The chopped bell pepper and onion add sweetness and crunch.
  • The salsa and guacamole add flavor and moisture to the quesadilla.
  • The salt and pepper help to season the quesadilla and enhance the flavors of the other ingredients.
  • The olive oil helps to grease the pan and prevent the quesadilla from sticking.
