Why It Works
The combination of dark chocolate and raspberries is a classic for a reason. The rich, bittersweet flavor of the chocolate pairs perfectly with the tartness of the raspberries.
The coconut cream adds a creamy texture to the mousse without making it too heavy.
The eggs provide structure and lift to the mousse, making it light and fluffy.
The honey adds a touch of sweetness to the mousse without overpowering the other flavors.
The salt balances out the sweetness of the honey and chocolate.
