Antioxidant-Packed Spinach and Berry Smoothie
This antioxidant-packed spinach and berry smoothie is a great way to start your day or refuel after a workout. It's made with fresh spinach, frozen berries, plain Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ice. The smoothie is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and it's also a good source of protein and fiber. It's a delicious and healthy way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables.
I've always been a fan of smoothies, but I've never been a fan of the way they're usually made. They're often too sweet, too thick, and too full of processed ingredients. I wanted to create a smoothie that was healthy, delicious, and easy to make. And so, this smoothie was born.
