I've always been a fan of lavender. I love the way it smells, and I find it to be very calming. A few years ago, I started experimenting with using lavender in tea, and I quickly realized that it was the perfect way to relax before bed. I've tried many different lavender tea recipes over the years, but this one is by far my favorite. It's simple to make, and it always helps me to get a good night's sleep.
