Digestive-Aid Kefir Parfait with Berries and Granola
This Digestive-Aid Kefir Parfait with Berries and Granola is a delicious and healthy way to start your day or enjoy as a snack. Kefir is a fermented milk drink that is full of probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that can help to improve your gut health. The berries and granola add sweetness, fiber, and antioxidants to the parfait. This parfait is also a good source of protein and calcium.
I first discovered kefir when I was traveling in Eastern Europe. I was immediately hooked on its tangy, slightly effervescent flavor. When I returned home, I started making my own kefir, and I quickly realized that it was a great way to improve my gut health. I started adding kefir to my smoothies and oatmeal, and I even used it to make pancakes and waffles. One day, I decided to try making a kefir parfait with berries and granola. The combination of the creamy kefir, the sweet and tart berries, and the crunchy granola was perfect. I've been making this parfait ever since, and it's now one of my favorite ways to enjoy kefir.
