The lemon juice and ginger help to stimulate digestion and reduce nausea, while the cayenne pepper adds a bit of warmth and helps to boost circulation. Together, these ingredients create a tea that is both comforting and effective in relieving digestive discomfort.
This recipe has been passed down through my family for generations. My great-grandmother was a renowned herbalist and healer, and she used to make this tea for her patients who were suffering from digestive problems. I remember as a child, whenever I had a stomachache, my mother would make me a cup of this tea and it would always make me feel better. I've since started making this tea for my own family and friends, and it's always been a hit. I'm so happy to be able to share this recipe with you, and I hope it brings you as much comfort and relief as it has brought to me and my loved ones.
