Ingredients
1 cup frozen acai berries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon honey
Instructions
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
You can also add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to this smoothie for an extra boost of nutrition.
