Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen acai berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute, or until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  4. You can also add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to this smoothie for an extra boost of nutrition.
